Disappointed

<p>I am so disappointed in takealot!I ordered a beat box with bluetooth from takealot for my little girl as a christmas gift.When she actually opened it and I paid attention to it,it was not the same beat box that I ordered.No bluetooth,nothing wrong with it but not what I ordered and paid for on the invoice!!When I asked them to exchange it,they just said that the exchanging period is over and nothing further to be done.I shop so often from them and always satisfied but after this I am very unhappy!!</p>
