Disappointed

My recent experience has been extremely disappointing. When you do a return and select swop and the item is available at the time of the selection it should be honoured. Conveniently on the day they update the item there is no longer stock at the price but when the return was logged and received there was. You shouldn’t have customers logged items for return to swop if you aren’t willing to give them the item selected , especially when you show availability at the time of the item being logged for return
