Disappointed

Extremely disappointed. Went to collect my order after being sent an sms to confirm that my order had been delivered at the collection point. After waiting for 25 minutes, i got told that my package had in fact not been delivered and that there was a “glitch” in the system. I have tried called the branch 22 times and I have been kept on hold EVERY SINGLE TIME. Won’t be using takealot again
