DISAPPOINTED

<p>On the 20th of this month I ordered some goods from Take a lot. I normally use them and get my goods within 2days. I was promised goods would be delivered by the 23rd Dec. I still haven't received the goods and wht annoys me is the service I got when I called several times. The only response I got is that they Will escalate the complained and get back to me and no one ever gets back to me since Friday. I'm very disappointed from this as some of the goods were meant to be christmas present but never arrived. I'm never using their service ever I just want the goods or my money. Now I'm spending more money calling them </p>
