Disappointed :(

<p>I order a lot of things from takealot and usually they are really good. I decided to order a fair amount of things to be delivered to me by yesterday. I was fine with the date because it was before the date that I would be leaving for Christmas holidays. For some reason, it wasn't delivered and I rang them about 4 or 5 times and no one could give me any idea when the stuff would even be dispatched. I rang them again this morning and they still don't know when I will get my stuff, which will now have to be delivered to a different address etc, which is inconvenient. Why give a delivery date if it's not going to be met? It's left a bad taste in my mouth, I don't think I'll be using them again.</p>
