Disappointed

I ordered a KIC fridge but when it was delivered the glass tray that hold the food inside didn’t come with the fridge, that container that hold veggies came with a big crack on it, the light doesn’t come on when you open the fridge door. I have photos that were taken when ít arrived, but there’s no way to upload them In the app, and no Phone number to call.
