Disappointed

I am quite disappointed with the service I have received from Takealot thus far including Skynet. I have been waiting on my laptop for more than 3 weeks. I am the one always calling and emailing but still that does not help. I get told my laptop will be delivered and nothing happens ; I asked to keep their laptop and rather refund me my money; they said they can't do that I must first get the laptop and log a return ticket. Laptop has still not arrived my money is still at Takealot.
