Disappointed

Earlier today I made a call to the call center. I called from a cell phone to log a return. Naturally I selected the appropriate department for returns. After 9 minutes of waiting I got through to an agent. After explaining her my issue she tells me I should do it online. I explained that the reason I called was that my phone would not allow me to log a return hence the reason for calling to log it. She then proceeded to tell me I'm in the wrong department and she would transfer me. I told her that I waited too long already and I'm calling from a cell phone. Furthermore I explained to her that the matter is urgent as it is an appliance that's faulty and I urgently needed a credit on my account so I can buy another one. As it is an iron I would require it soon so I needed quick efficient feedback and return. She promised me she would get an agent to call me back immediately from the returns team. I am still waiting and have not received a call as yet. This is sad and disappointing as I am a loyal and avid shopper on takealot. I need quick response in this matter. However no one even had the decency to call me back. Disappointing a loyal customer is not good service at all!
