Disappearing refunds

<p>I recently returned 2 faulty products that i purchased from Takealot. After a month of no response, i emailed to ask whats going on. </p> <p>I was told that the refund was done last month already. I didn't receive anything so i asked them to confirm the bank account. A day later they email me saying they made a mistake and didn't refund it, they'll credit my account. I agreed.</p> <p>Yesterday i purchased something and completed, last night they emailed me saying the order cant be fulfilled. Now when i check my credit balance there's an amount missing!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please fix this ******* </p>
