Disapointed in Takealot.

Good day. I'm very disapointed in takelot service. I should get my parcel on Wednesday the 22 January 2025 but nothing. Takealot Kathu must deliverd it but nothing. And this morning thy phone me and ask if i recieve it i said no. Thy should found out whats going on and come back to me but nothing. Really i don't get answers.
