Dis pointed Customer

on the 21 December i order a bike online from Takealot for my son for Christmas , the box was delivered on the date they advise it would i only when to take a look at the box on Christmas when wanting to set up the bike for my son only to see that the box was tempered with i open the box the half of the bike was already set up didn't bother me at that time based on the fact i was to excited for the bike , followed the instruction as i am suppose to but nothing happen the bike didn't work at all my son was so dis pointed because he didn't get anything for Christmas.

i would highly suggest before sending these types of products out test it
