Dirty parcels and packaging

I ordered a moo potty for my friend's baby shower first of all the package came in a dirty plastic with no instructions card on it on how to use the potty secondly the potty itself was dirty it looks like it was used and sold to me if i could post a picture I would not happy at all had to wipe with handy Andy and its a gift to someone
