Dim or Dumb

My wife ordered Now Foods Dim 200 on Takealot which costs R600, she received the Now Foods Selenium which costs R200 and is the completely incorrect product.

She requested this to be picked up and the correct product delivered, however when I collected the delivery, I opened the box Infront of the driver and again it was the incorrect product.

Upon inspecting the product, I found that there was an add on barcode label which could have been added by TakeAlot with the description DIM 200 but the main label from the manufacturer clearly states Selenium.

Wha a *******, does no one check that the descriptions match????? is TakeAlot ripping of customers or is it the supplier.

Raising complaints with the regulatory body.
