Difficult to return 7” kids tablet

I bought 7” kids tablet and with 7 days it was not working properly. I returned it and ask for refund but Takealot keeps returning it back to me with zero communication. One of the drivers even indicated that am not the only one with the tablet issue. All I want is my money back because the device was not working properly within 7 days of purchase.
