Different Substandard Item Delivered

I have an item which was delivered to me yesterday (12/04/2023). I ordered for the Malouf Z Zoned Chamomile Pillow, Travel Neck, but another different product was delivered to me (Not exactly what was online). I paid R395 for the travel neck pillow and another one was delivered entirely. The wrapping is old and dirty. The zip of the wrapping is out of place. The travel neck pillow is dirty, an indication that it has been used before. I was about to log a return when I found out that the item is Non-Returnable. How can this kind of ***** be?

I will like to return the item because it is not exactly what I ordered for. I need the exact product or refund my money.
