Different Products delivered but yet supposedly ordered 2 of the SAME Item??

How do you get it right to deliver 2 DIFFERENT products when I clearly selected x 2 of the same product?? With the different product being inferior and cheaper appearance???

Not to mention that the products packaging comes severely dented and damp?

Getting worse every time that I order, but will probably not be making use of your business again.

Doing a return is not going to be worth the effort, especially looking at all the complaints about the tedious process.

So disappointed in the direction this company has gone.
