Didn't receive any goods after 7 days

Bought something online on 13 November 2015, according to the delivery option it should be delivered by 18 November 2015, today is 20 Nov but still not receive the one that I suppose to get. Called the takealot they said coz they didn't have my numbers which is a lie as 1) this is not the first time I'm buying from take a lot 2) I called the delivery on 18 Nov but didn't ask for my number, they just telling me they are waiting to deliver and 3) I remembered I putted the contact detail when I buy the thing online. This is really disappoint and I fell like I don't trust take a lot anymore and I will send this to [URL Removed] so they will take a look if they still need to work with take a lot.
