Didgusting service

I place an order on Monday 13 Nov. Stock was supposed to arrive on 17 Nov.

They have not shipped my stuff nor advised me of the delay. I called in 5 times and every time was a different story .... I will NEVER use them again after this... I asked to talk to a manager... The manager said he will get back to me in 5-10 min.... 30 min later I am still waiting .... I call again I am told SORRY all managers are in a meeting ..... *** ????????
