Did not received my delivery

I made a payment for Order ********** 3 .I only received one item that was the blower ,the shelves I did not received.

I contact takelot about my complaint but never received any positive feedback.Every time the operate that assist will tell me they will follow up with the courier or the warehouse but no feedback is given back to me.
