Did NOT receive order. ( Instead received apple cider vinegar) NO way to get hold of a Human to assist.

I did NOT RECIEVE MY ORDER and their agents don't have a system for this.

I ordered a - Bialetti Moka Express Stovetop Espresso Maker - 6 cup (~180ml yield) - Kaldista Coffee Co Aurora Ground 500g They dropped off a box with - apple cider vinegar in it.

Their complaint process only allows: replacement, credit, or refund. I DID NOT GET MY ORDER. 4 emails/complaints and they still cannot grasp that I did NOT receive the order.

There is no way to speak to a human being to fix this.
