Did not receive my Order

Im ****ed off at takealot<br> I place my order for an item and i have to contact them 1 day after the item was expected to be delivered by to find out where it is. They inform me that there is no stock.<br> <br> I get given an alternative when contacting the call center for a refund... thats just the easy ****** way out<br> i want the item , if you have it on your site and in stock, deliver it.<br> Im very dissapointed... not sure if i can trust takealots systems and processes for future orders that i may have with them.<br> <br>
