Did not receive additional item as Takealot advertised

Missing replacement blade: ********** 4 (Ref. ********** ). They advertise a hair clipper with a free replacement blade worth R149. I receive the item with no replacement. I call them and report the issue. Received an email on 05.01.2018 from Chad to inform me that he referred the issue to the product team. Fast forward 2 weeks later after two more emails to Chad with no reply, I call again this time chatting with a lady. Same story, saying she will follow up with the product team and she will send me an email to that effect...none received to date. Takealot seems to be avoiding me, clearly to hide their false advertising. We're coming up to the one month anniversary of this issue after which I'll be taking a personal trip to their warehouse in Montague Gardens to let some sparks fly. This will definitely affect my support into Takealot's business
