Did not get my order

I ordered 2 items from them and I paid for next day delivery I was suppose to get the item 7 Feb 2025 until now nothing the item is saying delivered and I did not receive it or get a call from the delivery guy that they have my order I must come and collect I called all they can say is wait .paying for a next day delivery means the order was agent
