Did not deliver!

I ordered yesterday an item on their website eligible for next-day delivery and chose next-day collection at my nearest collection point at R50 extra.

Today I waited for the collection notification SMS I was supposed to receive. Nada. Time now is 19:28.

I could've ordered normally for tomorrow to my address at no extra cost.

I don't even know what's going to happen to the R50 now!
