Did i buy a used product?

Baseus 7300mAh Plaid Power Bank Case for iPhone 6 Plus & 6S Plus - Black

The product i received was sealed, however the device appears to be used, there are minor scratches on it, especially around the charging port.

I like the product, it works, but am worried it was returned because it was faulty and the fact that it was infact used. Please can you advise, if this was your last product, and i got a great deal beacuse of that, i can accept.

Please can you urgently advise, i really need this for the weekend, but would preferable like a brand new one.
