Diabolical Service

Ordered and received a stainless steel charcoal braai from TP Products. However order was not complete and wrong parts delivered. Requested refund on collection of the order on 20 June 2020. Received promises but no courier company collected and therefore no refund. No response to phonically or emails. Diabolical service!!
