Diabolical lack of service delivery

Beyond diabolical service from Take a Lot. Impossible to get hold of an agent on the telephone. Impossible to get item delivered to change of address as they delivered late. Pathetic attempts to solve my issue. At a loss as to how to get this resolved. As a regular client I am no longer willing to use Take a lot again.
