DEVIOUS,*********,UNDERHANDEDNESS OF TAKEALOT.COM

I bought a Tablet on the takealot website, we experienced an issues with the tablet, I logged return on the takealot website on 24th November as the item was delivered on 24th October 2022 so a month later, now I'm told they cant accept the item back as its 31 days later & meanwhile the lady that's speaking to me via e-mail Kirsten A says to me please allow me a moment as she will send the querry to her Superior to see what can be done but then I get a notification that the item has already been delivered at my house, now what tye of BULS**** is going on here, I have an item that I am not happy because apparently according to Takealot it was 31days & not 30days, I expressly communicated to them that I DID NOT WANT THE ITEM back but yet it was delivered, whre is TCF ? ? ? ?This is some ***** & Bull**** behaviour on Takealot's part, I'm not happy with them not at all.
