****** device by Takealot

I had bought an iPhone 8 by Takealot which was supposed to come with accessories, they did not deliver a power adapter which was supposed to be one of the accessories. I logged a return since they said they need to get the entire package before they can give me the adapter, collection was done on the 10 July 2023 and to this day I have not received the item back and the customer service agents are giving me a runaround as to where my phone is. To top it off, they logged another return ticket for the same item that is not on my possession, no one knows where my phone is and no one above the services agents has spoken to me. They always say they will give me a call back and that they will speak to the warehouse, and no one is getting back to me. Takealot has got a very useless customer service team, they are ******* because I think one of them stole my device and there is no accountability. If I were to rate them less than one star I would and the worst thing is that I cannot go anywhere to resolve this in person!!!!!!!
