Devastating experience

I purchased the Erna Sleeper couch from Takealot, sold by Lifestyle Home. However, upon arrival, the couches were significantly different from what was advertised, constituting false advertising. The legs were loose, there were no armrests as shown in the picture, and the legs, which were supposed to be gold according to the Takealot app, were silver. Considering the retail price of R11,000.00, I find it unreasonable to pay such a hefty amount for a product with so many errors. I returned the couch the day after receiving it, yet a refund has not been processed. I have contacted three consultants, namely Nadia Dan, Carrick, and Nathanial, all of whom assured me they would follow up, but none have done so. This situation is highly inconvenient, especially since I sold my old couch and am currently left without a seating option.
