Deteriorating service

Following my purchase on October 14th, I received an incorrect, lower-priced item instead of the larger product ordered. Although I reported this discrepancy on the delivery date of October 27th, the return and refund process has been subject to significant, ongoing delays. Despite my repeated follow-ups to arrange a collection, the matter remains unresolved as of November 3rd at 6:53 PM.
