Despicable service.

These people take eons to answer their phones, and when they do, they cant even help you. One of the items in my order was incorrect and it took me forever to get the correct help from a Lady named Nonkululeko. Im worried now because i have another order pending with them and theres no way to cancel it. Takealot is not what it used to be.
