Despicable service

I recently purchased a Dell Laptop on takealot. After a delay in me getting the purchase, I was finally able to collect it. When I got home and opened my parcel I saw that it does not look like the one I ordered online. First of all they claim to deliver same day but they don't. Second of all they are breaking the law with their false advertising. I paid R11 000 for this laptop. And I WILL GET WHAT I PAID FOR!! I want my laptop with the fingerprint functionality. I have been emailing them since Tuesday, but not one person has bothered to address my issue. Instead I keep getting emails to say I must rate the support I received. When I have not received any. This is unacceptable! Order number ***2.
