Despicable Customer service TakeAlot Brakenfell Depo

I would like to lay a complaint around the despicable customer service i received from "Megan" the manager of Takealot Brakenfell in Western Cape. My wife and I had recently purchased an order and waiting on delivery. I had personally went to Takealot Brakenfell to inquire if i could pick up my parcel and was told i wouldn't because it was out for delivery (03/06/2020). To my surprise nothing was delivered and when going online to track it, it showed that the delivery person was at my house twice. This is impossible as my wife had taken leave to ensure someone was home, and why cant he/she call to ask if someone is home when he/she was supposedly outside. I then decided to go again to the depo in Brakenfell(04/06/2020) where i asked to chat to the manager (Megan). This lady was incredibly rude and walked away when i put these questions to her. I then asked if she could possibly call her delivery guy to ask around what time he was planning to deliver, to which she said no and walked away again into the back office. I then called her back explaining but she never returned. My wife and I are staunch Takealot customers and have no issues with the cape town warehouse , but decided to deal with Brakenfell as it is closer. The customer service displayed by this so called Manager is disgusting and is dragging the name of the business through the dirt. By being dedicated customer who always support takealot online, we feel deeply saddened by the way i was treated by this individual including the young lady at the front desk, who seems to have the same demeaner of the manger, which is a no care attitude and we must simply wait and hope that it will be delivered.
