Description doesn't matches what I got

I'm soooo flippen upset right now. I ordered hair extensions and what I got was plastic ****. Firstly on the description it said that I am allowed to flat iron and blow it. That's why I took it but its flippen plastic it can't even get a bit of heat then it's damaged. The way it was described is utter bull****, what I got doesn't match the description. I tried calling them but nothing is working. I'm so livid right now. How can I return it or get reimbursed cause this is utter ****
