Deplorable Service from Takealot!!!!

<p>I purchased a DELL laptop from Takealot last Thursday. They delivered on Monday. I requested a return on Tuesday and they fetched it on Wednesday. Now I recieve an email from them saying that they cannot facilitate the return/refund and WE have to contact DELL directly! So we didn't have to pay DELL the 14k for the laptop but now we have to contact DELL to get our money back! what nonsense. Their "HELPLINE" is constantly engaged and they take FOREVER to get back to you! We are loyal customers to Takealot and this is disgusting service! </p>
