Deplorable service

A month ago, I purchased an OBDeleven Item that suppose to unlock certain hidden features in my car. The Item never worked but I believed in the brand, so I requested Takealot to ship me another one instead. I drove to their office in Midrand to drop off the initial bought Item. Without a sense of urgency to attend to loyal for more than 5 years Takealot hasn’t give a hoot about me. No feedback, no calls, no email, nor shipment nor nothing. So I drove again to them 2 weeks later to complain and suggest that I get a refund. Its one month now and NO REFUND NO SMS NO NOTHING.

Does Takealot know about after sales service???!! NNOOOOOOOOO. Can I please get my money back.
