Deplorable Customer Service

Disgraceful customer service, they sent my order of a premium product to the wrong facility 3 times, did not update any tracking information, made absolutly no effort to get in touch with me, refused to refund me.

Used to be an avid user of Takealot but will not be using them again, customer service is at an all time low and they clearly dont care about their customers. When Amazon comes to SA they will be done.
