Dented goods and poor service delivery

I ordered a fridge which was lost in transit due to the vehicle being highjacked. The fridge was replaced and sent out for delivery again. The fridge arrived and was full of dents. We returned the fridge and asked for a replacement which was unavailable due to stock and our account credited. Then we ordered a more expensive option and set the delivery date on the site. Takealot then rescheduled the delivery by themselves, we paid people to sit at the house and the product was not delivered, even after calling the delivery team who said they would look into it. I took off work and went to the property today to take delivery of the item and what do you know another dented fridge.
