Dented fridge due to the delivery team

So I ordered a fridge on the 23rd got an estimated date of delivery for the 30th. On the 28th I get a ca from the place Im supposed to be moving in on the 1st of July. I'm like no one has contacted me and made arrangements for delivery. So I changed my delivery after the takealot driver called as well. I told him that I didn't receive any notification that my parcel is out on delivery. The 1st came in the afternoon the delivery guy called me luckily I went to receive another delivery for my bed. So when the deliver people from take alot we holding my fridge on the steps the white tape that he was using brok and the fridge fell. I guess we thought it's secured nothing happend as it's still in the box. We left the fridge I left as well as I was planning to move in the 2nd. I didn't open the fridge because I once heard when theres movement it can be opened the next day plus I hadn't bought any groceries yet. So yesterday the second I come in later opened the rest of the securing white tapes pulled the box and threw it away. This morning as I wanted to plug the fridge I see that there's a dent on the fridge from falling on Friday. Now here's my question I need to go and get groceries tomorrow if I login a return when am I going to get a replacement. Coz I need the fridge as in tomorrow
