Denied Return Despite Consumer Rights – Poor Resolution from Takealot

I purchased 3 Lexmark-compatible cartridges on Takealot—2 from one seller and 1 from another. None worked in my printer. The first seller allowed a return, and I was refunded. The second seller (Ink Warehouse) refused, citing a 'non-returnable' policy. However, under the Consumer Protection Act, I have a 6-month imp**** warranty. Takealot has told me to resolve it with the manufacturer, which is not compliant with my rights. I’m very disappointed with this lack of support from Takealot.
