DENIED REIMBUR*****T AFTER RETURNED ITEM.

It was my first time encountering this place because Absa Bank had offered me a voucher to use only from Takealot. I bought a Grey headboard and it came back and different from the picture and the colour was not Grey but CHARCOAL to black. It was scary. I unwrapped it but the following day I was still not happy logged in to return it. Their drivers came in a day after they were supposed to come and it was in a perfect condition and now I'm sent pics of a dirty headboard claiming I made it like that or my house is like and now they can't reimburse me. I had the drivers number Takealot needs to speak to them and ask them why it is sooo dirty because I am going to get my money and absa needs to stop offering us gift voucher to buy from places like this.
