Denied my refund

They don't even deserve 1 star. I've placed a order got a notification that they don't have stock and cancelled my order within a few hours from placing the order. I'm still waiting for my refund it shows on the app that my refund was denied. I did not receive my item nor my money it's a lot of money. How do I take it further with them
