Denied daily discounted price by takealot

I had attempted to buy a daily deal on a car seat o takealot, yet when I checked out to make the payment I realised that I was being charged normal price. There was no indication of unavailable stock at the time. It is unusual for takealot to provide such bad service. And the customer service is unsatisfying too.
