DELOVED INCOMPLETE ITEM TWICE

I returned an item that came incomplete, they then returned exactly the same incomplete item back to me !! this is a complete joke I will not use Take alot anymore I called them and now they say they have to refer it to their marketing department this is really poor service ORDER NUMBER ***
