Delonghi oil heater - Disappointed

Buying this heater was an unpleasant experience to say the least. I ordered the heater and it was expected to be delivered on Monday. Hence my house is cold I opted to pay an express fee of R95 to get it delivered the next day which is a Friday. Delivery was supposed to be between 8: 00 am and 13: 00 in the afternoon. The driver was a no sure until I had to call the call center to find out his whereabouts. I was assured my delivery would be the next to be delivered. After an hour a notification comes through saying my delivery will be rescheduled cause I was unreachable which was untrue. Called again. Delivery was made at 7 pm. The heater has a dent and the attachments on the comfort temp decides to fall. Disappointed. Order number ***9
