Dell monitor loss! Worst service from takealot.

Don't buy from them. Worst service ever! Just lost R3000 on Dell monitor that was faulty from day one. Ibreturnedbit to takealot in time. They want me to sort it out with Dell........tried to get hold of someone at Dell for 6 weeks now. Takealot refuses to help me. Not ever wasting my money like this again.
