Delivery/poor customer service

I ordered an item and paid for next day delivery and made sure to double check that it said next day, yesterday I checked and it said it would arrive today, checked today only to see that it now says it's estimated for tomorrow, after struggling to get ahold of someone, they tell me km wrong and that i selected tomorrow? Utter rubish
