Delivery wrong

Good day I ordered a samsung galaxy A51, and a garmen smart watch. The parcels was supposed to arrive today. I got the phone but it is the wrong one and I did not get my watch. I tried phoning but got no response. I emailed takealot but also did get no reaponse. Please assist to help get these items correctly.
