Delivery Woes

<p>About a week ago I had an order from them that took 3 days to actually get to me. The delivery person that phoned on the firstday asking if I'm available at the address after 5pm was boderline rude when I indicated that I cannot. Then after being promissed by 3 different people that I will get my delivery the next day, nothing. Eventually I got it lunch time on the 3rd day. </p> <p>So I'm not one to judge after one experience so I placed another order with them. This time it went more smooth however when opeing the package one of the items were open with the items lying loose in the box. It was supposed to have been a present but I will now have to make other arrangements.</p> <p>Also I don't get their timelines. 2016/11/12 08:10 At dispatch area 2016/11/14 19:05 on it's way ... ok it was a week-end... 2016/11/16 9:47 expect a call to schedule delivery (no call received) 2016/11/17 08:53 Delivered. So again smooth process but does it really take 5 days from when it's at the dispatch are to get to me?
